Honesty best policy what I wanted…
First visit ok explained what I wanted paid full price then.
Returned then I got full inventory
Not happy with outward flight could have booked with Marella and got a 9.30 flight,instead of 6 am.
Felt she was not entirely honest, so now thinking will I be in the bowels of the ship which I also do not want.
Honest would have been a better policy.

Excellent service discussed where I wanted to go or more where I didn’t want to go. The sales Rep was brilliant I was booked up in little less than an hour.
Follow up call about currency which I ordered and picked up no hassle.

Once we actually got to see someone it…
Once we actually got to see someone it was a good experience. The shop is closed for the whole of lunchtime which is the only time I can usually go in. We also tried to book a holiday a couple of weeks ago but due to lack of staff we were unable to. Also the original price we were quoted was over £200 pp dearer but they managed to lower the price to nearly match.

With regards to closing at lunch, we do apologise if this is an inconvenience. We have to close due to multiple reasons that we unfortunately cannot control, i.e. sickness, short staffed, staff on annual leave. Although sometimes it may seem like we have enough staff in the store, we do currently have 2 members of staff in training that require some extra support from us.
