After my cruise choice being unavailable, Debbie remembered my previous request when looking for another customer. She quickly contacted me to inform me of new availability and confirmed my request working extra hours.

We book all our trips through Debbie, the local service she provides is second to none. Generic high street branches of large tour operators and faceless internet companies cannot compare. Always on hand and happy to help with literally any query, including eleventh hour cancellation at 6am on departure day due to illness.

Debbie has great communication skills and was helpful with any of our enquiries. Subsequent changes we made were dealt with swiftly and we were kept up to date at all stages regarding immigration and local administrative matters.

I've used Debbie for about 3 years now with a few cruises over that time too and wouldn't go anywhere else. I love the fact I can just throw dates and a budget to Debbie and leave her to work her magic. She will always find the best deal, suitable hotel and the best cabin's and of course prices she can.
