Excellent service very helpful and found for what we was looking for

This is the second time I visit Hays Travel , last year holidays was excellent in Halkidiki.

Arrived in ichmeler on Wednesday 16th July.to my shock again at the hotel I was told I to pay 60 euros for air conditioning. When I booked I was told it was included so why did I need to pay.its totally unacceptable it's down to hays I gave false information.

My husband and I came in recently to book our summer holiday with Hays Travel.
We were greeted by welcoming staff who were very attentive to our wishes.
We were able to find a holiday at a fabulous location with everything we were looking for at a fabulous cost.
This is now our third time of visiting Hays Travel and will definitely be back.

Always really helpful and is a great help and support when needed to look for trips when time is limited. Talking to a person is so much easier and nicer to connect. In a world of more and more robots everyone needs human contact.

I visited Hayes several times before booking was confirmed.
Each visit Sofia was professional patient knowledgeable and really helpful.

Have been using Hay's Didsbury to plan our annual holiday to Porugal for several years now. Jonathan has always given us a most personal service and been so lovely and helpful. As he is leaving this year Suzanne and another lady have organised our trip and once again totally efficient and lovely personal service.

We book most of our holidays with the didsbury branch of hays because the staff are so helpful they talk about their experiences about places they go, the prices are great plus we get a good rate on our holiday money,

We arrived at the didsbury shop, to be met by 3 fantastic staff all wishing us good morning. We were seated within minutes with Jonathan. Everything we wanted in our booking was sorted and was even given extra discount. A very big thank you to all the didsbury staff and Hayes travel, who we always use.

Went in and Sofia asked where we wanted to go & the price range we wanted to pay,& also whot sort of accommodation we wanted & did we want self catering or all inclusive. Sofia showed us a lot of options & also the flight times seat's & printed everything off for us it was very efficient & didn't take long at all
