Amazing experience, booking a short break at the Hayes Travel holiday shop, in Didsbury, Manchester. Hayes Travel are simply the best!

I find all the staff in the Hays Didsbury store pleasant and helpful. Especially Sofia who goes up and beyond. Sofia is very understanding at helping to find your holiday request, requirements and need's. Sofia booked my holiday last year and this year, thank you Sofia! For an excellent service and booking experience.

Always very helpful, polite, knowledgeable and just great people.

Sophia and Hannah were very responsive to the changes I made.

Zara is a credit to the branch. Goes the extra mile.

The experience excellent!!
My husband and myself booked a cruise. The communication was informative and professional. we were given a step by step guide throughout the booking. This is our 4th time booking with Hays. I would highly recommend them.

They are just so helpful.It was only booking me a flight to London it wasn’t too much trouble

Friendly agent greeted us and whilst we knew what we wanted to book the added help re: cabin choice and travel insurance, was very helpful.

One is always made to feel a valued customer. You are never rushed and the staff make sure that everything is explained in a lovely manner and you leave the Hays shop confidently knowing that everything has been done correctly. Right up to the holiday they are always there to answer any query. They are the only people I use to book my holidays.

I prefer to go to a good travel agent as I find with Hays who can quickly assess my needs and give all the up to date details and considerations I would miss if booking at home as haven't been on organised holidays regularly. Also helps because the decisions get made.

The holiday representative was a gentleman called Mike.
I originally went looking for a surprise holiday for my girlfriend to Austria. Sadly, where I wanted to go and other issues, it wasn't possible to arrange a holiday in Austria.
Mike spent a long time, in the hours, to try and find me the surprise holiday I was hoping for.
His hard work and patience paid off, he sorted out a really good holiday deal. Mike was excellent, both patient and understanding and sorting a holiday that my girlfriend was over the moon with.
Although we haven't yet been, any issues, if any, would now be on the operators, not on Hays.
A big thank you and I look forward to booking my next holiday with Hays and Mike.
