Love this company to deal with. We went into the store not really knowing if what we wanted, was something they could do for us. Turns out, they could, and gave a first class service. Have recommended to all my friends and they have booked through Hayes too. They keep us informed leading up to the holiday and provided a substantial information pack. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

When ever I contacted Hayes Travel in Mold they did exactly what I requested.

I had great communication from Laura at the Mold store. She was very patient with the changing requirements that I had, was very knowledgeable and helpful. I usually book holidays myself online but I was very pleased with the service I received and am happy that I changed to using an agent. Everything was laid out comprehensively in the quote email and the booking process was straightforward over the phone. Laura took the time to advise on best cabins to reserve on our cruise and also clearly explained the flight options. Very happy with all dealings and feel very confident that the continuing process will be very smooth until our departure.

We wanted a girlie holiday and from the moment we went into hays and met Emma who was lovely very informative and helped us book the perfect holiday for us.

Amazing service from start to finish. From going the extra mile to make sure we got the holiday we were looking for including searching for options outside office hours, to checking us all in prior to the journey, to giving advice on what to expect and what to take with us. I even got a call after the holiday to see how it went. A company that really cares about making sure you get a fantastic holiday experience. A particular shout out and big thanky ou to Lydia!

I booked just 2 days before flying and the service was very helpful in finding last minute places and deals and seamlessly organised. I had everything I needed at such short notice. The staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable, and take a real interest in you and what it is you want from a holiday.
