Welcoming and helpful
Used Hays in the past but a different branch. Dorchester branch were very welcoming and helpful, I noticed whilst we were there booking our holiday that a few frequent travellers came in which is always a good sign. We had gone in to confirm our plans but we then had a look at other options with Eleanor and found a better choice.

Wonderful service.
We were greeted with warm, friendly smiles from all the staff, went straight to Gavin who was very professional and helped us with our enquiry for booking a cruise.
We returned the following day and although the office was very busy, and Gavin already had other clients with him,we were shown to seats until an advisor was free and Eleanor then proceeded to book our chosen cruise holiday.
Everything was emailed and all our questions answered and we came away feeling thoroughly satisfied with the excellent customer service and all the tips and advice all the staff gave us have made this experience just perfect and as a family who normally book on line we will be returning again to book further holidays in the Dorchester office .
