I was greeted by a lady called Sandy and from the moment I gave her my holiday plan she took full control taking great care to find exactly what would be most beneficial and enjoyable to my requirements. Pleasant throughout my booking process she went above and beyond ensuring that the flights, hotels and transfers were ideally suitable to my needs giving sound helpful advice throughout the whole exercise. She was patient and understanding and gave advice freely when called upon. We were able to complete the holiday booking with the minimum of fuss and it was an experience whereupon I walked out of the travel agents feeling fully satisfied. Sandy is an excellent member of your company and I can say this because I received assurance, satisfaction and contentment in the short time I was in her presence. Thank you!

We called in on the off chance about booking a specific tour and after some negotiation we were asked to wait for a day or two to see if our specific requirements could be met. We were called by Hays a couple of days later informing us our request outdoors be met and would we like to call in and go through the details and see if we were happy with everything. We were very happy and paid in full for the tour required. If you have specific requirements then you couldn’t do better than to go to Hays Travel!

Recently I visited Hays Travel in Douglas to enquire about a holiday. I was lucky enough to have Sandy look after me, she was amazing, answering my endless questions, going over everything 2 or 3 times, nothing was too much trouble. She found the perfect holiday for me.
