We always receive excellent service in Hays Downpatrick.
Craig was brilliant, really helpful and friendly. His knowledge in booking our cruise was brilliant.
James has so much knowledge and is always giving great wee tips. It was good to hear he was just off Allure of The Seas and loved it. We can't wait to go on it now.

Great service every trip

They got back to me promptly and as the trip was full they offered another date which was more suitable.
