Great service booked exactly what I was interested with goid advice from staff

We went into Dumfries Hays shop
As we dealt with them lst time we went on a cruise.they wrte so good
This time we gt Sharon who was an asset to ur company
We felt as it was no rush for her.
Especially as we didn't have any idea where we wanted to go
She was very informative abt everything .and we came out very happy abt the cruise we had booked

Any time I have used Hayes in Dumfries, the girls have been so helpful, their travel knowledge really shines through. Maggie made booking our honeymoon so easy for two indecisive people. Gave us plenty of options to consider, provided us with loads of hints and tips which made our decision so much easier. Absolute no pressure to book. Such a pleasure to deal with and lovely to chat with. Cannot recommend enough.

The assistant was pleasant, extremely helpful. Made me feel like a member if the family.

Holly at your Dumfries office was excellent she saw to everything for us. The only problem was as we were booking the holiday she stopped to look up something for us and when she went back to take our payment for the holiday the holiday discount had been discontinued and therefore we did not get it. I am very disappointed because if you were stopping the discount it should have been stopped at 9am or closing time at night not in the middle of the day when people are booking holidays especially as i could now get the exact same holiday from another site for £500 less.

All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Never feel rushed into making a holiday decision. And always come away with a great deal.

Price advertised in window was not price applied to purchase. Very disappointing. Price appeared to increase mid purchase i.e. was same same as window price when purchase commenced on screen but miraculously had increased substantially when time to pay came!

Diane and Maggie were fantastic helping me to get my holiday booked also talking me through the payment process which I was struggling with. All the staff are amazing 👏 and I wouldn't book with anyone else.

Always go back to Diana wouldn’t go anywhere else, very helpful and nothing is a problem, and she always remembers what I like as I am very fussy with my flight times 😊 and always puts my requests forward to the hotel
