Your colleague was very helpful, was able to answer my questions clearly and talked me through the process.

They discussed all the options available with me, and I never felt I was being sold anything I didn't need.

Brilliant experience with Hays travel! I contacted with details of what I was looking for and Jack called me straight away with options. Not only did they beat the deal we had been looking for, but got better flight times and luggage allowance in too. Excellent efficient service! I’m quite guilty of booking holidays myself online but will definitely be going to Hays travel moving forward!

Abbey and Craig were great in finding our holiday package. It was very particular and with a narrow window of available dates but they found a fantastic package for us.

We were happy to acquire a late booking holiday to Jersey giving us all of our specific requirements. Our travel agent was most helpful and knowledgeable and also assisted with booking airport car parking facilities.

The staff are knowledgeable

Craig was very helpful finding a wheelchair accessible hotel and talked through things that would be helpful at the airport etc.
