Special service for older people.
Now that I am in my later years, I find it easier and less stressful to use a traditional travel agent rather than to use the internet. I like the personal service and i always now use my local Hays which combines friendliness with eficiency. I would like to commend Scott in particular.

What a service!
What a service! Wow where do I start? Scott was amazing. We covered everything we wanted and Scott made sure we got it. He had great knowledge of the travel industry. He got us checked in online and printed our passes and paperwork. They also helped with insurance and travel money. A truly comprehensive service.

Holiday of a Lifetime to USA
Margaret listened to what we were looking for in a holiday (USA) and negotiated with the agent on the other end of the phone for a deal. Wasn't too happy with the arrival at the airport, so she further negotiated for transfers to be included and this sealed the deal for us. Very happy. From here my son and I returned to finalise the holiday where full details were disclosed of how to pay for holiday, the Hays credit card and money to take on holiday and when this can all be arranged, some useful tips for the USA. The Insurance was also arranged through Hays. Margaret wasn't available at this second meeting though the Manager Fiona took over and was just as helpful and informative.

I had emailed Joan prior to going in and asked her to look into a holiday for my husband and myself to Bali. Joan emailed me several options to choose from. The booking of the holiday was straight forward and any questions we had were answered. We had a good giggle in the shop as well .Joan booked our previous holiday last year for us and when booking holidays in the future we will book through Joan.
