I recently contacted the Dunstable branch and was blown away by the service. Amanda was incredibly patient and really took the time to understand exactly what we needed. They didn't just find us a holiday; they found us the right holiday at a price that beat what I’d seen online. It’s rare to find such genuine care and expertise these days. Highly recommend!

We travelled from Witney to Dunstable to see James our trusted travel agent for over two years. He has always found us the right holiday by listening to us and it doesn’t matter how long it takes he’s always kind and caring and adapting the holiday to our needs and I have lots. If we have any issues he’s only a phone all away and usually can answer our queries or if not will sort and then ring us back. He is a great asset to your company and we are glad to see he has been rewarded by giving him his own store it’s just a shame it’s 11/2 hours away.
