Service with a smile
Amanda greeted us with a smile when we went in to Hays Travel just to pick up a brochure and because of her welcome we booked there and then for our holiday. She was so helpful with all the information at her fingertips and nothing was too much trouble. She had a lovely personality. We left very happy and excited about our forthcoming holiday.

Friendly and understanding help and advice was given regarding available flights and pricing of alternative bookings. In addition, provision was arranged for me in terms of any necessary assistance being required when booking in or negotiating queues in terminals here and at my destination in South Africa.
