Was looking for a 5 night break to New York in Nov 2026 only a 4 night was advertised but Hayley who I spoke to through messenger was very accommodating in dealing with my request and setting up my direct debit and managing my booking would definitely recommend 👍

This is our second holiday booking with Hayes Travel as well as booking our Travel Insurance. The staff are so welcoming at the Ebbw Vale office, always happy to help and greeted with a smile. Daniella really goes above and beyond to help. We were actually on holiday when we decided to book the same holiday for 2025. I rang Daniella in the office and she had booked it, and emailed all the documents to me within 10 minutes. She is so professional and dedicated in her job and dealing with customers. Daniella is a great asset to the company. Thank you again.
