This is our first experience with Hays Travel, at the Ebbw Vale branch. It couldn't have gone better. Sian is the lady who dealt with us and was superb. In every respect she was obviously interested in being helpful and informative. Very easy to get on with. We will definitely go to Hays first for holidays and this branch in particular.

This was the first time we have ever used Hays Travel and the lady who dealt with us (Sam) can only be described as extremely professional with a lovely personality.
