I found Dianne to be exceptionally professional and extremely helpful in organising our trip to Japan. All of our requests were handled promptly and without any difficulty, and she consistently did her utmost to accommodate our wishes. At no point did I feel that anything we asked was an inconvenience; she was always patient, friendly, and understanding.

I was particularly impressed when she contacted an agent regarding our hotel rooms in Japan. She confidently advocated on our behalf, making it clear that the room offered was not acceptable and insisting that the agent find an alternative. She seemed to understand our needs instinctively, which I greatly appreciated.

Based on this experience, I would not hesitate to use Hayes Travel again, and I will certainly seek out Diane for any future holiday plans.

My husband and I are disabled and Aimee and Karen at the Elgin branch of Hays Travel could not do enough to assist us. They were so pleasant and helpful going over and above the required criteria to help. Aimee called us back the following day to tell us that there would be no problem in taking our wheelchair on board although we did not ask her to do this.

Leigh helped with my booking and was amazing. She did one quote with 3 hotels and even when I went back and said we'd like another quote to do a hotel swap half way through it wasn't a problem. Any questions i had were answered and if I have anymore no she will be happy to help. Thank you 😊

First class service from Iona at Hays Travel Elgin.

Just back from a wonderful week in Side Turkey after Iona found us the break from a list of “must haves” for our holiday.

She recommended the La Sense De Luxe and it was fabulous. Private beach, pier, multiple excellent restaurants and bars, a Spa, great cocktails and wonderful welcoming staff. Weather was 28C every day bar one. We were so impressed with the service, we have already booked a trip to Tenerife for next year.
All communications were clear and responses to queries were dealt with quickly. Booking process was easy and she made sure that we understood everything we needed to know. Couldn’t have expected anything more !

The woman serving us was lovely and good at her job helpful when asked questions regarding different hotels locations ect .only negative point was the technology in the shop is slow and outdated which takes alot to time to do the bookings shop due to get an upgrade soon so will be a 5 star when done .

Much easier to have someone do the booking than doing it online. That way we know that nothing has been missed!
