The young lady who helped us, Sharon, was very helpful and knowledgeable. A great credit to the company

Megan was really helpful when we went into the Ely branch to enquire about cruise details we had been sent via an email. She phoned through to the cruise company and was so apologetic for the long wait, we left her after an hour with no reply and she phoned us at home as soon as she was able to get through.

Staff were polite, freindly and helpful.

Megan was really helpful both in person & on the phone & I would recommend Hays travel Ely to anyone looking to book a holiday. Have a chat about the online prices as you might get more than you expect from the guys in store.

As always the staff are very friendly polite and are very knowledgeable. They always are so helpful and know what we need and so can find us exactly what we want. Never feel under pressure to book straight away. We go every year to see them at Hays Travel Ely as we thoroughly trust them to find what we are looking for

We went into the Ely branch to enquire about a holiday to Salou. Flying into Reus airport. As we couldn't find one online. Megan was marvellous and found the exact holiday we wanted. So we booked it there and then. Can't fault the service we get in this branch of Hays Travel.

We have used Hays Ely on several previous occasions to this and have always found their service to be personal and efficient. On this occasion I dealt with Sharon and Megan who dealt with the booking in a friendly and professional manner. Several changes had to be made to ''Plan A'' but these wereseamlessly dealt with.

Staff very helpful as booking our first cruise. They made it very easy and talked us through every booking stage. Very friendly and answered all our questions (we had lots!). Very impressed and have booked with them several years now for our annual holidays abroad.

Couldn’t be more helpful and informative on planning our holiday would of hated and probably failed if tried to do this online face to face is so much better thanks again to Megan at Ely branch

Great service from Kelly, she was friendly & informative and made our booking experience enjoyable. She completed our booking and even checked us in on our flights.

As always, Sharon was willing to spend as much time as necessary to find just the right holiday at the right price. I never feel that anything is too much trouble and am never disappointed with the holidays your lovely staff find and book for me.

Just returned from holiday in Greece. Went to Hayes Travel in Ely to exchange Euros. After doing this my wife and sat down with Sharon who was very helpful and professional and booked another holiday in Greece for 2027.
The staff at this branch are fantastic.

When we first walked in we were greeted with a friendly hello and big smiles, we were interested in a cruise but being 1st timers we needed alot of help and Kelly helped us no end to find one, we walked away feeling very excited.
We booked a few days later with Megan and again great service was had.
