The Hays travel rep was able to make the booking experience easy

Really friendly and helpful above and beyond

Explained all choices clearly, went through everything to make sure we understood. Cheerful, pleasant and knowledgeable. A trip we couldn't have booked ourselves as many permutations. Will print paperwork for us as well nearer the time. Will definitely use again as usually book holidays ourselves but this was so much easier.

The staff at Ely are always very helpful, patient and friendly. I and my family have been booking our holidays at the Ely branch for at least the past 25 years and see no reason to go elsewhere. Although It has not always been Hays.The Staff are brilliant and the service is great and we have had some great holidays!

One of the great things about Hays Travel is the welcome I receive whenever I come to make travel plans. Although I tend to deal with Sharon all members of staff are friendly and personable. I'm readily given their full attention and when looking up flights it is always with finding the best deal available and time is no consideration and the information is then sent via email is in a concise easily understandable format. I always feel as though my best interest is the centre of their business. And I appreciate their patience as most times I come in I don't have all the information necessary.

We decided on the spur of the moment to book a short trip, so we went and were politely greeted and asked how we could be helped. The man Simon looked for a trip for us as we weren’t even sure where to go. He even took the time to book our seats on the plane and check us in as it was within 28 days of travel. I can’t recommend this service more highly. It was so easy.
