it is always a great experience booking with Emma at Hays Travel. She is very professional and nothing is too much trouble. She is so very helpful when booking and she takes care of everything, all the checking in etc and takes all the stress away from booking ourselves.

Emma, as always, was friendly, helpful and very patient throughout the lengthily process of us trying to decide on the perfect place to go on our honeymoon. She helped research destinations that met our wish list (although it changed a couple of times) helped us keep in budget and generally just being at the end of the line to answer every question. I could not recommend her highly enough.
