Emma was fantastic I gave her a list of all our preferences due to having 2 children with special needs and she went above and beyond to find us the best family holiday in which it will be the first time for our youngest. So smooth and so lovely to speak to. The following day I booked a surprise Xmas market trip to Prague for next year, Emma again was amazing she also offered to print the confirmation email out and pop it into a travel wallet and post it to me to make it more special for my partner when he opens it on Xmas day. Emma was great , found our 2025 holiday in the hotel we wanted.
The disappointing part was it is actually over £250 cheaper online with Tui which is who our holiday was booked with but through Hays.
I will certainly look before booking anywhere in the future

Responsive and felt good to get a good deal with a travel agent who I can speak to with any issues instead of a call center . Definitely a good experience and I would recommend.
