We normally book our own holidays, but chose to use Hayes this time. Emma did a great job, she made the process really easy for us and took away all the hassle.

First time booking with an independent travel agent, was scary at first but emma but all my worries to ease. She sorted our seats on the flight so we could sit together without any extra cost, was also slightly cheaper booking with Emma than it was direct through the website.

Emma Mills was fantastic, we gave so many different scenarios and wanted many options and then spent a week going backwards and forwards as we broadened our search. She found amazing deals every time and when she found the one we chose she couldn’t do enough to get it booked and secured as soon as possible and has reassured us that she is there for us right up until we get back from holiday! We have her number and we feel we can query anything with her as we go along. Wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend her to everyone I know and would 100% go to her again for our next holiday.
