I wanted a few days away in the sun and Laura found the perfect trip. She actually found two and we settled on Majorca for some Easter sun. An small hotel, a room each , a pool and not far from the port where we can sit and have a drink in the sun. Perfect

We always use Hayes Travel because we prefer to talk directly to a person, we get that extra service then.
The Staff are always great and seem to recognise you as you walk in, which is great. They are professional friendly and they always get you a good deal, and if they cant help you with the area your going someone in the shop can. We will always go to Hayes Travel.

Initially I was very happy with the service and effort gone into finding exactly what I wanted. Following payment and completion of deal I was informed that baggage was not included in price. I had to return to Hays and make an extra payment. I was very unhappy with this and caused me a lot of anxiety as I was not sure whether I had purchased enough weight. Apologies were made for error. This did add stress to my experience
