Very Happy with Hays
An impromptu walk in to store and gave to Chloe what we were looking for. She very quickly came back with options and amended our requirements, so nothing was too much trouble. Very happy with the service and especially to Chloe.

Great Customer Service
We wanted to book 2 holidays to countries we have never been for and were unsure about places to go etc.
Chloe was very helpful and patient and provided us with a really positive and helpful experience.
Chloe was very knowledgeable about the areas we wanted to go to and gave us advice about travel in the countries and the advantages of various locations.
All in all was a very good experience from start to finish.

First class help and advice .
It was a really good visit,we only went in enquiring about a holiday ,but was so impressed with the winter deal that was on offer ,we booked there and then.The staff were very nice girls,all chipping in advice as it was a long time since we had had a holiday through a travel agent , and at our age we were very appreciative of any advice! As weve not flown for about 20 years it was very imformative and welcome.
