Caroline, in the Falkirk Hayes Travel was welcoming, professional and so helpful in arranging my travel Insurance. It was a delight to receive a proper paper copy of my Insurance details, rather than have to complete an online process.

Caitlin is amazing, she manages to get me very complicated bookings sorted everytime, I need help. She always goes over & above to get exactly what I need. Very proffessional, friendly & approachable.

The lovely young lady that helped us book our cruise was amazing and very helpful in booking our cabin on a deck that suited our needs. She also explains everything we needed to know

Went into Hays Travel to book a villa holiday for 2027 and Victoria was very helpful. We knew the area we wanted to go had a look at a couple of villas that were available and decided on the one we wanted. Victoria also explained the options available to us for a hire car and got us a good deal that suited us best.

Victoria went to great lengths to find us our ideal holiday spot. Nothing was too much trouble for her.

Excellent Caroline was very knowledgeable and efficient and made the whole process easy.

Aiden in your Falkirk branch booked the cruise we requested and all ran smoothly. He was friendly and professional plus he answered the phone after 2 rings at 11am when you opened. I have yet to experience your after sales but I have booked premier aircraft seats on the condition he can allocate me window seats plus I have requested an additional aircraft cabin trolley bag to keep my cruise clothes with me at all times. Time will tell if this all goes according to plan when the flights come out as the cruise is for Nov 27. It is one of your special Hays cruises to the Caribbean recommended by my mum, who is a big fan of Hays travel..I even remembered a member of staff delivering paperwork to her door many years ago.

Victoria was brilliant. She took time to find us the perfect deal and she was really well informed. She gave us lots of information we wouldn’t have otherwise got if we booked online and I felt it was really worth visiting in store. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Victoria and Hays for your next holiday

Needed information towards booking a Cruise to Japan / Korea. Was dealt with so well lots of information and help and guidance.
Paperwork as usual fantastic. On my last trip everything went amazingly great. So good as travel on my own so have absolutely faith in every detail been dealt with.

I only went in to say hello and ask a question about an upcoming trip but ended up booking a cruise for next year the staff in Falkirk store are all wonderful very friendly and helpful especially Victoria the Manager and the other Victoria and Gemma and Margaret I’ve been booking my holidays with them for years and wouldn’t trust anyone else or another travel agency as I do the Falkirk girls and there are a number of new younger staff in the store and they all seem very happy and efficient it’s a fantastic team
