She tried numerous times over a 2 hour period to book an accessible cabin on several different ships, but all accessible cabins were fully booked. Eventually she was successful and found a cruise that we were very happy with.

Self catering holiday
Staff were great we were supporting 2 gentleman with learning difficulties to book their first holiday abroad. They went above and beyond to ensure that they got the right accommodation central to activities to meet their needs. Made them feel so welcome.

Ava was just great at her job
Ava was just great at her job , not only did she provide the best service I have had in a travel agent shop she also managed to save my money on my holiday.
