Gillian was brilliant, she greeted us on arrival, helped me to find the best deal for the hotel I had my heart set on and suggested easy ways of having money to spend on holiday ie the Hays travel card which I will do. By booking with Hays I also have peace of mind that everything has been booked correctly and I have transfer the other side.

Patience with oldies.
Very pleased with the patience of Charmaine while we were booking our holiday. We probably weren't the easiest of clients. Both my friend and I are not good with technology, so the helpfulness of both Charmaine and Jamie Leigh was excellent.

Personal experience of the travel consultant made it easy to choose hotel. Very informative and knowledgeable about all the different packages and locations. It helped to make and informed decision. Also suggested optional extras and different flight options which may help with costs. Derek, the travel consultant, is excellent.
