Without wishing to cause any embarrassment to her,our Advisor,Jessica,pointed out that she was new to the job. But,it has to be said that she is an effervescent character,was very efficient in dealing with our queries,was not afraid to ask colleagues for the( minimal) help she felt she needed,and generally made our visit a very pleasant experience. I have been used to organising all of our holidays for a lot of years but was convinced to look around Hayes Travel in Ferndown. Now however this will be our second booking with them. It's always pretty relaxed there and everyone is always busy but never too busy to spend time with you and offer very good advice on the best selection of holidays, often based from their own experiences. It's a complete service, from discussing your needs in detail, to buying the holiday and then arranging every aspect of the trip to delivering all documentation and tickets etc. I have been very impressed with how it is all run and not least because it takes all the hassle and time out of doing it all myself. Very highly recommended especially Leane.

We like to book with Chris, but he's always ably supported by his team.

Very well mannered and helpful they have good customer manner

Nothing is too much trouble for the staff & they are always there to help you. They keep you updated & inform you about any changes, we always have used Hayes Travel to book our holidays & it gives us peace of mind that everything has been booked correctly & you have all the correct documentation.
We booked our most recent holiday with a very nice member of staff called Storm, he has been so helpful & nice to deal with as we had a few issues with having to change dates due to Ryanair changing their flight schedules after we had booked & he dealt with the changes with professionalism & good humour, it made the experience so much easier.

Hi, I've booked 4 x holidays with Hayes travel in Ferndown, Dorset. We've always dealt with Chris the manager. He's always polite, curious and obliging. We've just booked our 5th trip for January 2027, on a Flight/Cruise to Barbados Islands on the Britain's, we cant wait. Chris explained everything so well.
