I was welcomed - and every thing explained as it was my first cruise holiday.

My travel advice Chloe was ‘ the best ‘ she listened to what I wanted for my holiday and came up with several ideas….one of which I decided to book. She was informative, patient and all in all made the choices and booking incredibly stress free.

The booking experience was ok, & our advisor was pleasant, helpful & patient, but the length of time the advisor had to wait on the phone for P&O to answer the call, with a query about our booking, was totally unacceptable - nearly two hours!
We made the booking & then discovered Hays Travel require full payment 104 days before travel instead of P&O’s 90 days. We accepted that, only to receive a full payment request 128 days before travel which Hays said is the normal time but differed to our initial information. After further conversations it was agreed in writing, full payment would be due at 104 days prior to travel. Alas, we are now receiving ‘overdue’ reminders from the collection team. The Hays team are nice & helpful but the companies four month in advance payment policy is not viable for us at the moment.

Made booking a holiday so so so easy. Great communication and made everything super clear! Thanks so much Karen! Will always come back!
