I found the agent at Hays to be very easy to talk to and accommodating. I asked or options and thats exactly what I got. Very professional and nothing was too hard if I requested changes or more detail. Very good service.

Great staff at the Fordingbridge office, always happy and very helpful in every way. The Manageress Chloe is just brilliant, she deals with everything in a calm, professional way ~ she is knowledgeable and ‘ stand out ‘, it’s a pleasure dealing with her. We have been using Bath Travel for a very long time and they never let us down. There have been changes in staff over the years but the quality has remained constant, for which we are very grateful. Iceland adventure
The adviser (Karen) was really helpful and friendly and prepared a very thorough resume of options for us to consider, based on what we wanted. It was then booked for us on the spot and paperwork and emails despatched.
The office was conveniently placed as we live in Fordingbridge.

Face to face experience
Nice to be able to speak to a person instead of doing everything online and Marc was very helpful in everything I asked. There were a couple of holidays that he helped me with which unfortunately the pricing was a bit to steep but when I went back to him he was still as keen to help and sort my upcoming one.

First Cruise
This was our first cruise booking and we had got very confused trying to see options online. We visited Karen at Fordingbridge and she quickly presented our options and explained all the detail around a cruise.
Our requirements were quite specific and Karen worked hard to meet all of these.
