Freya went above and beyond for us. Large group of ladies with different requirements, she managed to get us our ideal holiday for celebrating a 40th birthday.

From sourcing the best holiday for us to booking exactly what we wanted, Freya was on the ball. She responded to any queries immediately, she does not stick to office hours, and was able to provide all the information we needed to decide on the elements of our holiday. This is the 2nd holiday Freya has arranged for me and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Freya always replies to queries very quickly, and her advice and knowledge is super helpful. Over many years, she has come to know my preferences and I can trust her to know which hotels are suitable, and to manage my travel requirements perfectly. Also, she is extremely patient when faced with our indecision , knowing there are usually two couples involved in the planning. We have had many excellent holidays thanks to Freya.
