I always have a great experience booking a holiday with hays, the staff are very hard working and are very helpful. I wish hays travel would implement some sort of loyalty card for it's customers.

As usual, the service and level of professionalism at Haystravel Fulwell is exemplary.
During the same visit, we booked a holiday to Cyprus, exchanged foreign currency, and started to process to claim a refund for a cancelled Cruise.

I am not very good with phones or technology but ameilia your staff member at fulwell was more than helpful she sorted everything out for me ie boarding passes ans such ,i think if i had asked her to carry my bags to the airport i think she would have obliged lol,,i am flying home tomorrow and ive had no problems at all up to now ,thanks again
