Thanks Gemma for helping us book another holiday. We really enjoyed the last one and cant wait for this one. After telling Gemma everything we would like in a holiday she came back with options to choose from and made the booking process super easy.

I reached out to Gemma following several recommendations from friends, as we were looking for a holiday but wasn't sure where to start looking. Gemma was very responsive and came back with a number of suggestions. After lots of email exchanges, we settled on one particular hotel however availability was very low, but Gemma persevered and was able to book this for us. I found Gemma to be super helpful, friendly and supportive. Since booking, she has kept us updated. Gemma is fantastic at finding holidays that you request. Not only does she search and send relevant information but, she also looks at alternative hotels/areas that you may like to provide you with options. Gemma responds to enquiries in a timely manner and is always happy to help answer any questions. Nothing feels like it’s too much. Fabulous service!
