Julie in the Glengormley branch was fantastic. She listened carefully to what I wanted and came up with a super hotel that met all my requirements. Julie was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Can't wait to get away

LIVERPOOL FC
I booked a Liverpool FC package for me, my brother and my dad. Dad’s a massive Liverpool fan and has never been to Anfield so when the last home game of the season came up, I had to book it! I booked this through Carley who was very friendly and from initial enquiry to booking only took 30 mins and she was very accommodating with any questions I had. Would definitely recommend booking packages with Hays in Glengormley as other Hays offices have not been as good at responding to enquiries.

Brilliant service
Myself, my mum and my brother decided we wanted to go away on holiday but didn't really have any idea of where we wanted to go. I called into my local branch and, after chatting with Saffron, she checked out a few options for me and used her personal and professional experience to look at hotel and resort options. She and anyone else I have had contact with in this branch are very helpful and friendly. I am very happy with the service and the booking process, and the ease of setting up a direct debit to make paying for the holiday easier.

Passport needed renewing .all the staff…
Passport needed renewing .all the staff were so very helpful and arranged an appointment with the passport office. Saffron booked the holiday for us and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly rate the service we received and would use the Glengormley branch again in the future.
