Fantastic adviser
Our adviser, Karen just knows what we like from a holiday and we trust her implicitly with her suggestions. She's amazing, and has the personality to match. We have never had a bad holiday, meaning we get what we want and our holiday budget is never wasted on going somewhere not up to standard. All the girls are lovely to go into. Jenna the manager, has a lovely way with her too. We just love going in to see all our friends in the Glengormley branch. Great bunch of girls. If there is an award for best branch, this is the one to hang it on their wall!

A welcoming experience
I was welcomed from the moment I stepped into the shop, Julie was attentive to my requirements I was looking for in a holiday for my son with his friend and myself, she was patient and explored all possibilities to search for the perfect holiday which we found, she made the booking efficient and swift which I appreciated.
