Went into hays travel glenrothes to get an idea of prices for a holiday in October, so I spoke to the lovely Karen who was only too happy to help, and within minutes she had set us up with a lovely holiday to gran Canaria at a great price. Another great experience.

Great service
Karen showed great patience without any pressure put on us.
Took her time showing us different choices even with the vague description of what we wanted, also gave great advice on the various resorts shown to us.
We eventually got there and we're very pleased with our great holiday deal!
