Christina was very good sorted out our wedding party, looking for correct accommodations flights chasing for single rooms, did not rush us talked to us all the time very good service

The staff are helpful knowledgeable and funny and they put you at ease
Nothing is to much trouble never book with anyone else

We were made welcome as soon as we walked in by a lovely lady called Chloe , she took her time searching for what holiday we were looking for and was very helpful anything we wanted her to check she did even down to a local taxi , she even helped me download the Hays app very happy with her service .

Christina went above and beyond to help me find the perfect holiday for my family a party of 9 .
She was patient and took it in her stride when I asked her to check the information on many hotels .
She was cheerful and smiley and made me feel at ease all the way through.

Large booking for a cruise. Dealt with it professionally and patiently going through all the options with me. There were technical issues that couldn't be resolved at the time (it was Sunday) but Tina resolved it efficiently and quickly next day. I also appreciated the cuppa. Thank you.

It was so great to be able to sit with someone who knows what they are doing! I was so overwhelmed trying to look at holidays and options and in the end I gave up and reached out to Hays. They were brilliant. Took all the pressure off me. I’m very glad I went in their shop!

I have always felt welcomed by the staff at both Bureau de Change and the Holiday sales girls. Christina especially was really helpful and spent lots of time showing me different holidays. She was very knowledgeable able managed to find a holiday for one person that was reasonably priced.

Very pleasant and helpful throughout our visit. Holiday sorted in one sitting. nothing more to say but extremely happy with the outcome and looking forward to the holiday.

Initially, Emma took time to find out what we looking for and made enquiries. The next day Katie sent us the details of a package that exceed our brief in terms of hotel standard, location and travel.
