Alison made the whole experience of booking my holiday great. She went through it with my making sure this was what I was looking for and booked it on the spot including our seats on the plane leaving us with nothing to do but arrive at the airport. I would never go with another Company for my holidays. Excellent service from start to finish including her patience whilst I tried several times to transfer the deposit by telephone. I was so happy when I came off the phone to Alison at Hays Greenock. Thanks so very much.

Kristopher was really good with us as neither of us has been to tenerife before,he showed us a few places around the resort and asked us what we were looking for in a holiday .He was really helpful and couldn't be more curtious spend a good bit of time with us and eventually got what we wanted from the holiday as it was for my wife's 60th Birthday when we are away .Thanks again hays for your staff help and service

The staff at Greenock hays travel shop got me and my brother one th best holidays we had in phuket Thailand the hotel was amazing Great pool and very close to everything beach shops bars clubs everything. In th hotel nice quiet friendly atmosphere. Loved it
