The travel consultant provided an excellent service and dealt with all my requests. She was extremely efficient , but was also very patient and had a lovely manner.
Full marks all round.

Full support given offered at several options with no pressure
Staff made us feel at ease.
Also discussed special assistance for 2 of the party travelling and staff enquired further regarding this to ensure we had all information etc needed

Fab experience in store Alayna spent over an hour with me helping me choose the perfect holiday to celebrate my hubbys 60th, her knowledge was brilliant and it helped me make my final choice, she also done a poster that I can print off to surprise him with

Alayna is so helpful and friendly she knows exactly what holiday we want as we only go to her to book our holiday . If Alayna is off when we pass we do not go in until we know she is working. We have been booking our holiday with Alayna for a good couple of years now and will not go anywhere else.

Friendly staff,never rushed when your in store. Very knowledgeable on all holidays and they are able to guide you in the right direction for what suits your needs. Very respectful of your budget too. Nice big clean shop. You can get some good deals.

My partner and I went into book New York for our 50th birthdays.
As it is a bucket list of ours we wanted someone to help us out. Well Jacqueline went above & beyond for us & we are so happy to have trusted her. Thank you so much

I wouldn’t book a holiday anywhere else other than Hays, Greenock. The staff are fantastic, friendly & extremely knowledgeable & explain all aspects of the holiday very well. They take any stress away and make sure everything is organised for you. Special mention to Alayna who is lovely and super at her job.

I Dealt with two different members of staff and I could not have asked for better service and I am delighted about the way they handled my health issues could not have asked for a better service.
