Excellent customer service 5 stars
Excellent customer service from both Grace and Seher. Staff I have dealt with for this holiday (and staff for other holidays in the past) have always been brilliant hence why I continue to use this travel agent. Consistancy in customer service and level of service for me is key and Hays Travel Halifax have this in abundance. Staff in my experience go above and beyond, extremely helpful, professional and communication both verbal and written excellent. Grace searched and found holidays as per my request followed up (not pushy a friendly check-in), Grace carried out another search (as I made some changes) and provided a range of package holiday options and prices again within budget, from which a holiday booking was made. As Grace was on leave this was managed by Seher, even though Seher had not dealt with this holiday enquiry she picked it up seamlessly and finalised the booking, great crossover cover and team work. Staff undertake a lot of work on holidays enquiries and this cost isn't passed on as an administrative cost when you book which I think is pretty amazing given rising costs in daily living. Cost are very transparent so for me I highly recommend Hays Travel Halifax.

Advice to booking - spot on
Went into get some advice and ended up spending about 2.5 hours with Ellie at Hays Travel Halifax, she was patient and made loads of calls to suppliers to make sure we got the advice we wanted and was more than happy to keep checking dates and amending as we worked through it all with her.
We were so impressed we hadn’t used a travel agent for 20 years booking solely online. I am so pleased we went in for the advice which must have been great as we came out with a 13 night holiday to the Maldives.

My friend and I went to Hayes Travel on a busy Saturday - we were limited with our travel dates and only wanted a short flight.
Lovely Thalia looked after us. She was friendly, patient and obviously knew her stuff. We didn't have to spend too much time before she found us a lovely holiday in Majorca at the time we wanted with good flights and at a price which didn't break the bank!
