I was helped on Wednesday by a girl named Carrie, I just wanted to leave a proper review to say how genuinely grateful I am for the amazing help I received when booking my holiday. She took so much time to really understand what I wanted, asking thoughtful questions and listening to all the little details that mattered to me. I never once felt rushed or pressured, which made such a difference. She was incredibly patient while I changed my mind a couple of times and explored different options. Made the whole process completely stress-free. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt confident that everything was being taken care of properly.
