Booking straight forward . Member of staff was very helpful, friendly and knowledgable.Updated us re tax on arrival to hotel, only criticism is we were not made aware we would also have to pay extra on arrival for air-con, WIfi and safe and didn't discover this until when reading reviews on arrival home 😟

It is difficult trying to arrange a holiday when everyone wants prices for different things but Alison is very patient with us.
