Holly was fantastic with us especially that we were a bit undecided on exactly what we wanted. She also gave us extra bits of info on things we needed to do and then followed up with an email of extra things that she could also arrange if we wanted.
All in all a first class service and we will definitely use Holly again

The service provided was excellent, but it was unfortunate that we visited the Hassocks office on the Monday morning to find the shop was not opening to callers at the office on that day.

Have been using Hays travel at Haywards Heath for many years and always had great service. However as they were closed on this day for staffing issues we chose to go to the nearest one, this being Hassocks. We were not disappointed. We spoke to Hanna who helped us book holidays for four people.
Hanna was very friendly and professional and explained everything very clearly.

For someone unused to the whole travel agent experience, it couldn’t have been smoother. Despite being given a tricky dream itinerary, the team did very well to make an excellent set of options, which I was happy to accept. From initiation to full completion and booking in a week: excellent service.

Good service, however an app or an easier website to view booking would help. Right now I’m totally reliant on the shop.

I wished book flights only for a large group.
This was done fairly effortlessly by the member of staff I saw.
She involved me in the process and was helpful and friendly throughout.
I also know that I can go back to Hayes to submit other details prior to checking in.
The personal customer service and guidance is what I really appreciate and I didn't have the headache I would have had if I'd attempted to book direct with an airline.
