Very friendly & informative thank you, but with being there for 2 hours, would have liked to be have been offered a coffee/tea/water especially as it was a very hot hot day, small detail but necessary I think.

Katy welcomed us with a lovely warm smile. Asked relevant questions as to the holiday we would like and found us a lovely break, making sure to include thd little tweaks we asked for ie good flight times, near quiet town , close to beach.
She was very attentive and took pleasure in our pleasure at the prospect of our holiday.
