My Wife Irene went into the Hastings…
My Wife Irene went into the Hastings branch to see speak to Sue, who had previously advised us on our holidays, very pleasant and knowledgeable, the proposed cruise, she offered tips on the ports, etc. The other staff members were pleasant and offered a coffee. We booked the cruise thanks again.

TRIP TO SRI LANKA
This is the 3rd trip I've booked through Hays Travel. I wanted to go to Sri Lanka to do a week of sightseeing and a week on a beach resort, relaxing. I knew the places I wanted to visit and what I wanted to see, and Millie in the Hastings branch, put it all together for me. I made tweaks to the Itinerary and wanted to upgrade our last week at the beach resort. Nothing was too much for her and she perfected the trip for me. I'
