Exceptional Service
Georgia was extremely helpful at our visit to the Havant branch and she put together a wonderful holiday for us, it is everything we asked for. Paying the deposit was easy and she forwarded all the information to our email so we could read it in our own time. I would recommend Hays to anyone who wanted a stress free booking.

My experience would of been excellent
My experience would of been excellent. But, full payment for cruise was requested on day of booking. Because payment is due 90 days before for cruises and Hays want the payment in their account prior to paying PO Cruises. Was confusing as all signage in shop stated only £50 deposit pp. My booking was placed on 24 Jan, cruise is 14 May.£200 deposit paid as didn't want to lose cruise. and dates. Full payment has now been paid 30 Jan 2026
