Simple, easy and fast
Process was more simple and easy as I could’ve thought it would be. Was all booked and all information through within the hour. Couldn’t have had someone friendlier on the phone than Heather who also gave recommendations as she had been where was booked over 20 times. Will always book through hays from now on.

Very easy to discuss the holiday I was interested in. I had left a voicemail for Heather and Jack from Hays contacted me the following day so was able to book, give details and deposit over the phone. Direct debit option was also emailed so I know how much to pay over the next few months. Would definitely recommend!
