My request was very specific, so Natalie had to search for suitable accommodation and location. Nothing was too much effort for her, including constantly checking options on price and departure airports.
Her knowledge of visa requirements was also very helpful. A calm confident and friendly experience resulting in a holiday booking.

First of all the air conditioning was great.

Mollie was knowledgeable, polite and friendly and very considerate to our needs. She was exceptionally patient with us and the other staff were helpful too fetching us water and organising our currency.

I had a complicated situation where I needed to swap a cruise and transfer my existing booking to another person. In addition to this I wanted to secure an accessible adapted cabin on a different cruise!
The team at Hedge End did me proud and sorted everything in a day! Excellent service and very much appreciated. THANK YOU.

Having found I was going to be home for Easter, but wanting to be in Gran Canaria, I knew where to go. At Hays, I often deal with Nici as she know what I want almost without asking. She confirmed by holiday choice was correct, and guided me through the booking with a smile! It's a simple enough booking which I could do myself, but why bother when I can get their expert help during and after the booking.

Lovely travel agent, very helpful but not at all pushy, didn’t feel pressurised to book anything. Agent had personally travelled on this particular cruise ship - it was great to have her knowledge of the ship. Will definitely use Hays Travel again. Highly recommended.

Hays travel agency hedge end are all amazing staff!! They are all helpful and kind, plus they never rush your holiday booking. I always see one travel agency name (Nicki) for quite a few years. she has so much patience!! and so kind!! Plus always gives us the best itinerary. We had amazing holidays which Nicki has found and booked for us!! Once again I will continue booking my holiday's with hays travel hedge end. Keep up the good work girls!!! 😊👍👍

This is the second holiday we have booked with Hays travel hedge end , they don’t rush you they sort everything out for you so all you have to do is enjoy the holiday,the staff are all very friendly and as we are both disabled they arrange all the assistance you need at the airport and put requests to the hotel for you.it makes the whole process very easy, all thanks to Nicola😄

Flight was cancelled, alternative was a two day waste. Have no rebooked
