Nicolas is very friendly and very informative. She went an extra mile to try to see our payments through but unfortunately, no fault of her own, the payment system let us down and we had to come in in person. When we did she was very helpful again. We know she will arrange everything for us

Good service and advice
Stephanie was very helpful. She listened to what we wanted out of our holiday to Italy and found just the right package well within our budget. Then when we had a problem with the date we booked it was all sorted without fuss. Everything was very stress free.

Nicola was so helpful
Nicola was so helpful. We just walked in and wanted to go to Florence 4 days later , needing a central hotel . The hotel was stunning and less that 8 minutes from all the major sights and museums. She went the extra mile checking us in and arranging seats.
We had such a wonderful time !
