great method of working, very prompt and clear instructions. I booked with you last May and October so I was a little surprised I had to do certain this time, like booking my own hotel, taxi in Dubai. there was something else as well. hopefully you book me in for the flight too like last time

I've delt with Isabelle before, and on this occasion I'd contacted a week or so before to let her know what I wanted and by the time I went in she had a selection available, I'd chosen within moments and booked. I also love the calls I get letting me know when to book the seats and check in, and they do it for m.

Page was efficient, listened to our needs and was very careful to check details with us before confirming the booking.
