Karen was very friendly and made us feel welcome. She was also very knowledgeable in what were our travel requirements, and made all the necessary bookings we needed.

Once again Excellent service from the staff at Hexham branch. All the staff are lovely and helpful but especially Karen the assistant manager. All our questions were answered in a pleasant and professional manner. Nothing was a bother. That's why we continue to return time after time. Definitely would recommend to people.

Booked a cruise & what started as very positive soon turned extremely negative as the original agent who we had dealt with (he was very helpful & knowledgeable) had left and it felt that no-one was willing or capable of progressing our booking (we needed transfers + hotels arranging for before & after our cruise). There were so many mistakes with our itinerary + poor customer service that we felt compelled to cancel our booking as we had completely lost faith in them. Very disappointed to do so as the cruise had been booked well in advance to celebrate a special occasion.

Having had a positive experience in booking an extended holiday over 14 months ago, when the original agent left, our experience turned to extremely negative resulting in cancellation of this long anticipated fabulous holiday we had planned. Luckily we arranged a similar holiday elsewhere with an alternative travel agent and with a huge cost saving!
